ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が、第36期(2024年6月期)1口当たり予想分配金を修正した。 グランフロント大阪取得に伴う収益反映、また想定していたテナント退去面積が当初より減少することとなったため、8月に公表した予想分配金に対し6.2%増の2,760円となる見通し。
