ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が保有するオフィスビル2棟を売却する。売却する物件は、港区南麻布及び港区赤坂にあるオフィスビル。ともに築30年を経過。売却先はスポンサーである新日本興和不動産。2棟の売却額は計157.1億円。簿価との差額は計175百万円と売却益が発生する見込みだが、内部留保を予定しており、業績予想の修正はなし。売却代金は短期借入金の返済に充当し、今後の物件取得余力を高める。
