ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は47,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,700口。これにより発行後の投資口数は4.3％増の1,264,450口。調達額は74億円を見込み、4月に取得した日石横浜ビルの借入の返済に充当する。これに伴い第19期（平成27年12月期）業績予想を修正。日石横浜ビルの賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比6.4％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,500円と2.0％上回る見通し。併せて第20期（平成28年6月期）業績予想を発表。管理費及び固都税の増加等により、前期予想比1.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,460円となる見通し。
