ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が日石横浜ビルを取得する。物件は、横浜市営地下鉄桜木町駅より徒歩4分、みなとみらい地区にある、平成9年竣工、30階建のオフィスビル。取得額245億円。エンドテナントはJXグループの企業が中心で、平成26年12月末の稼働率は91.8％。併せて、投資口の発行登録書を提出したことを発表。発行予定額50億円は本物件の取得に伴う借入金の返済に充当する予定。また保有物件の売却を予定しており、投資口の発行及び物件売却が決定次第、業績予想を開示する見通し。
