ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が第17期（平成26年12月期）決算を発表した。第17期における物件取得はなし。賃貸費用が増加する一方、賃貸収入の増加や支払利息の減少等により、前期比1.0％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,507円となった。期末のポートフォリオは30棟、資産規模（取得額計）は2,654億円、有利子負債比率は48.2％。第18期（平成27年6月期）は、賃貸収入の減少、管理費や固都税の増加等により前期比2.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,450円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成27年12月期）1口当たり分配金も2,450円となる見通し。
