ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が第15期（平成25年12月期）決算を発表した。第15期は匿名組合出資持分を取得。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期比6.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,334円となった。第16期（平成26年6月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、浜離宮インターシティ等オフィスビル3棟を取得。これにより前期比7.1%増益を見込む。投資口5分割により1口当たり分配金は2,450円（分割前12,250円）となる見通し。続く第17期（平成26年12月期）1口当たり分配金も2,450円となる見通し。
