ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が第14期（平成25年6月期）決算を発表した。第14期は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、6棟（うち2棟は追加取得）を取得。これにより前期比12.5%増益、内部留保より146百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が19%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は12,200円と、前期とほぼ同水準となった。第15期（平成25年12月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、6.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,300円となる見通し。続く第16期（平成26年6月期）は固都税費用の増加等により、1口当たり分配金は12,200円となる見通し。
