ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が第13期（平成24年12月期）決算を発表した。第13期はSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得。川崎日進町ビルデイングの大口テナント退去及び前期の物件売却益がなくなったことの影響を受け前期比5.2%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,242円となった。第14期（平成25年6月期）は投資口追加発行を行い160億円を調達し、オフィスビル4棟を取得。これにより前期比12%増益。内部留保より150百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は12,200円となる見通し。続く第15期（平成25年12月期）1口当たり分配金は12,300円となる見通し。
