ジャパンエクセレント投資法人（JEI）が匿名組合出資持分を取得する。SPCの運用資産は、JR札幌駅北口より徒歩2分にある、平成元年竣工、13階建のオフィスビル。8月末時点の稼働率は99.2%。JEIは匿名組合出資持分の14.2%を取得。想定利回りは約12%。併せて、本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。優先交渉権の行使期限は平成26年9月。
