ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が第12期（平成24年6月期）決算を発表した。第12期は、オフィスビル2棟取得、1棟売却を実施。既存物件の稼働率上昇、新規物件取得及び物件売却益が寄与し、前期比8.9%増益。物件売却益のうち133百万円を内部留保とし、分配金総額2,301百万円、1口当たり分配金は12,200円となった。第13期（平成24年12月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなることや大口テナント退去による影響から5.5%減益、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は12,200円となる見通し。続く第14期（平成25年6月期）1口当たり分配金も12,200円となる見通し。
