ジャパンエクセレント投資法人（JEI）がオフィスビル2棟を取得する。2棟の取得額は計45億円。一棟は広島市内にある平成11年竣工、12階建のオフィスビル。2月末の稼働率は90.5%。もう一棟は、都内中央区にある平成2年竣工、8階建てオフィスビル。取得時点の稼働率は76.9%だが、JEIの取得後にスポンサーの興和不動産と空室部分の賃料保証型マスターリースを締結する予定。これらに伴う第12期（平成24年6月期）業績予想の修正はなし。第13期（平成24年12月期）業績予想は、内部留保より101百万円を取り崩す予定であったが、2棟取得による収益を見込むことから、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金12,200円を維持する見通し。
