ジャパンエクセレント投資法人（JEI）が投資口の追加発行を発表。発行口数は31,000口及びオーバーアロットメントによる売出3,100口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で22%増の188,650口となる見込み。調達資金は168億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件取得資金及び借入返済に充当する。新たに取得する物件は港区台場にあるオフィスビル、取得額110億円。売り主はJEIのスポンサーの1社である積水ハウス。一方、JEIは保有物件の売却も発表した。売却する第36興和ビルは、1月にエンドテナントの一棟退去の予定があった。売却価格と簿価の差額は288百万円。これらに伴い第10期（平成23年6月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件取得により従来予想比12%増益となるも、投資口数22%増に伴い1口当たり分配金は12,000円と、従来予想を7%下回る見通し。続く第11期（平成23年12月期）は、前期予想比6%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,200円となる見通し。
