ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が第6期（平成21年6月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、前期の物件売却益がなくなったため22%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,802円となった。第7期（平成21年12月期）は、支払利息の増加等により5%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,000円となる見通し。続く第8期（平成22年6月期）1口当たり分配金も15,000円となる見通し。
