ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が第3期（平成19年12月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、オフィスビル2棟を取得し前期比8%増益、投資口数14.6%増により、1口当たり分配金は15,663円と前期を5.7%下回った。第4期（平成20年6月期）は、第3期に取得した物件の通期稼働により3.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,200円となる見通し。
