ジャパンエクセレント投資法人が第2期（平成19年6月期）決算を発表した。第2期は、オフィスビル4棟を取得し、前期比20%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,614円となった。第3期（平成19年12月期）は、第2期に取得した物件の通期稼働により15.8%増収を見込む一方、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上により4.8%減益、投資口数14%増加により、1口当たり分配金は13,800円となる見通し。
