ジャパンエクセレント投資法人（JEI）が仙台のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、JR仙台駅より徒歩8分、青葉通りに面する昭和54年竣工15階建てオフィスビル。JEI取得後に、売主である興和不動産の負担により大規模リニューアル工事を実施予定。また併せて、第2期（平成19年6月期）及び第3期（平成19年12月期）業績予想を修正した。前回発表した予想に対し、第2期は2.7%増、第3期は5.5%増となる見通し。
