大和ハウスリート投資法人が、「DPL浦安Ⅲ」を3月に取得する。 物件は、首都高湾岸線浦安ICより3キロに位置する、2022年竣工、5階建のマルチテナント型の物流施設。スポンサーである大和ハウス工業グループの開発物件。取得額は300億円。 これに伴い第37期（2024年8月期）業績予想を修正した。新規物件の収益が寄与し、10月に公表した業績予想に対し2.1％増益を見込む。のれん償却費1,982百万円を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,750円となる見通し。 なお、本物件との入替えとして、保有物件の売却を進める予定。
