大和ハウスリート投資法人が、物件入替えを行う。 取得する物件は、港区赤坂にある、2018年竣工、11階建のアパートメントホテル。コスモスイニシアとマスターリース契約（当初10年間は固定賃料）を契約する。取得額は31.16億円。売主は芙蓉総合リース。 一方、売却する物件は、名古屋・名駅南にある2007年竣工の単身者向けマンション。2月末の稼働率は96.9％と堅調であるが、小規模であることや周辺の需給環境が弱い点から売却を決定した。売却額は10.01億円。売却先はエー・ディー・ワークス。これにより売却益349百万円が2023年8月期に計上されるが、業績予想の修正はなし。
