大和ハウスリート投資法人が、第33期（2022年8月期）決算を発表した。 第33における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、前期の物件売却益の反動減により、前期比5.4％減益。のれん償却費相当額1,982百万円を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,617円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは230物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は8,951億円、有利子負債比率（のれん含む）は42.3％。 第34期（2023年2月期）は、投資口の追加発行を予定していたが、取得予定物件のテナント1社が民事再生法適用を申請。これによる影響が不透明なため、投資口追加発行及び物件取得を中止とした。住宅の稼働低下や非繁忙期に伴う減収により前期比0.4％減益を見込む。のれん償却費1,982百万円を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,600円となる見通し。 第35期（2023年8月期）は、修繕費や減価償却費が減少する一方、支払利息等の増加により、当期利益は前期予想と同水準を見込む。のれん償却費1,982百万円を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,600円となる見通し。
