大和ハウスリート投資法人が投資口追加発行及び物件取得を中止

大和ハウスリート投資法人が、8月18日に公表した投資口の追加発行及び物件取得を中止することを発表した。 取得予定であった物流施設4物件のうち3物件のテナントに含まれる日本ロジステック株式会社が、30日に東京地裁へ民事再生法適用を申請した。 これによる影響が現時点で不明なため、投資口追加発行と4物件全ての取得を中止する。中止に伴う業績予想への影響は、判明次第公表する予定。
