大和ハウスリート投資法人が、福岡にある住宅を9月に売却する。 売却する物件は、博多湾岸エリアに位置する、2006年竣工、30階建のタワーマンション。築15年を経過し大規模修繕工事が必要な点や、直近期末の稼働率が42.2％に低下し収益回復が難しい点から、売却を決定した。売却額は37.4億円。本売却により売却益1,335百万円が発生する。 これにより第32期（2022年2月期）業績予想を修正。 物件売却益1,335百万円を計上する一方、修繕工事を前倒しで行い修繕費574百万円増加により、4月に公表した業績予想に対し5.9％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,700円と3.6％増となる見通し。
