大和ハウスリート投資法人が、第30期（2021年2月期）決算を発表した。 第30期は「カンデオホテルズ長崎新地中華街」を取得、「カスタリア円山表参道」等住宅2物件を売却した。コロナ禍の影響は、ホテルの一部テナントで賃料を減免したが、収益への影響は限定的。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、物件売却益836百万円が寄与し、前期比11.7％増益。のれん償却費相当1,982百万円を加算する一方、物件売却益のうち219百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,856円と前期比7.9％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは227物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は8,201億円、有利子負債比率（のれん含む）は42.0％。 第31期（2021年8月期）は「DPL新習志野」を取得、「ビッグタワー南3条」を売却する。物件売却益2,209百万円が寄与し、前期比3.3％増益を見込む。のれん償却費相当1,982百万円を加算する一方、物件売却益の一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,050円となる見通し。 第32期（2022年2月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比11.9％減益を見込む。のれん償却費相当1,982百万円を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,500円となる見通し。
