大和ハウスリート投資法人が、「カスタリア円山裏参道」等、札幌に保有する住宅3物件を売却する。 将来的な収益性及び流動性リスクや、修繕コスト増加を懸念し、売却を決定。3物件の売却額は計62.9億円。これにより計30.45億円の売却益が発生する。 これに伴い第30期（2021年2月期）及び第31期（2021年8月期）業績予想を修正。 第30期は、カスタリア円山裏参道及びカスタリア円山表参道の売却益計836百万円計上により、10月に公表した業績予想に対し6.5％増益を見込む。売却益を分配する一方、利益超過分配額を1,982百万円から1,756百万円へ減額する。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,750円と、3.6％増となる見通し。 第31期は、ビッグタワー南3条の売却益2,209百万円が発生する一方、売却益の一部を修繕の前倒しに活用し、前回予想比13.7％増益を見込む。売却益の残額を分配する一方、利益超過分配額を1,982百万円から1,811百万円に減額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,000円と10％増となる見通し。
