大和ハウスリート投資法人が、広島の商業施設の底地と、金沢のホテルを取得する。 広島の商業施設（底地）は、広島市中心部より東方10キロに位置する、ロードサイド型ショッピングセンター「ハピアス海田」の底地。敷地面積は13,415平米。借地人となる大和情報サービスと20年間の事業用定期借地権契約（賃料は毎年改定）を締結する。取得額は14億円。 金沢のホテルは、金沢市の中心街の片町エリアに9月に開業したばかりのホテル「アゴーラ・金沢」。スポンサーである大和ハウス工業が開発した。総客室数は200室。ホテル運営会社であるアゴーラ・ホスピタリティーズと20年間の定期賃貸借契約を締結。取得額は52億円。 本取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
