大和ハウスリート投資法人が、3物件の取得、1物件の売却を発表した。 取得する物件は、大阪府堺市の商業施設（底地）、茨城県水戸市の商業施設、奈良市のホテルの3物件。取得額は計92億円。 一方、売却する物件は、品川区にあるレジデンス1物件。売却額は12億円。これにより売却益113百万円が発生するが、税務上の繰越欠損金を活用し、売却益を内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。 本物件入替え後のポートフォリオの規模は6,834億円となる。
