大和ハウスリート投資法人が、第25期（2018年8月期）決算を発表した。 第25期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「DPL福岡糟屋」等16物件を取得、「クレスト草津」を売却した。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比8.7％増益。のれん償却費相当額1,980百万円を取崩す一方、投資口数14％増加により、1口当たり分配金は5,046円と前期を2.8％下回った。 期末のポートフォリオは213物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は6,717億円、有利子負債比率（のれん含む）は40.7％。 第26期（2019年2月期）は、「DPL北九州」を取得。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比6％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金よりのれん償却費相当額1,982百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,300円と前期を5％上回る見通し。 第27期（2019年8月期）は、固都税や修繕費の増加により、前期予想比4.7％減益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金よりのれん償却費相当額1,982百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,100円と前期予想を3.8％下回る見通し。
