大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人が、第20期（平成28年2月期）決算を発表した。第20期は「カスタリア京都西大路」を取得。修繕費が増加するも、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や新規取得により、前期比1.0％増益。減価償却費の10％相当額として200百万円を内部留保より取り崩す一方、保有物件の1棟の不適合免震材料使用に対応する原状回復費として12百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は4,501円となった。期末のポートフォリオは142物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,563億円、有利子負債比率は54.8％。第21期（平成28年8月期）は、固都税が増加する一方、支払利息の減少により、前期比0.5％増益を見込む。減価償却費の10％相当額202百万円を内部留保より取り崩す一方、原状回復費として23百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は4,510円と前期を0.2％上回る見通し。なお、第22期（平成29年2月期）より大和ハウスリート投資法人を吸収合併する。
