大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人が、3月9日に公表した投資口の追加発行を中止、それに伴い取得予定であったレジデンス5棟の取得を延期することを発表した。保有物件のうち1棟に、東洋ゴム工業製の免震材料を使用していたことが判明。これにより業績への影響が不明となったため、投資口の追加発行を中止、物件取得を延期することを決定した。これらに伴い、第19期（平成27年8月期）及び第20期（平成28年2月期）業績予想を現段階で未定とし、今後の対応が決まり次第再度公表する予定。
