大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は36,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し3,600口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5.3％増の787,340口となる予定。調達額は約100億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、パシフィックロイヤルコートみなとみらいアーバンタワーを含むレジデンス5棟、取得額は計177.5億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は7.5％の2,553億円となる。これらに伴い第19期（平成27年8月期）業績予想を修正。上記5棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比5.4％増益を見込む。内部留保より194百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は4,350円と前回予想を0.6％上回る見通し。併せて第20期（平成28年2月期）業績予想を発表。5棟の通期稼働により前期予想比0.6％増益を見込む。内部留保より199百万円を取り崩し1口当たり分配金は4,380円となる見通し。
