大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人が第17期（平成26年8月期）決算を発表した。第17期はレジデンス2棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益の増加、及び前期の物件売却損がなくなったことにより、前期比14％増益。内部留保より減価償却費の10％相当額を取り崩し、分配金総額3,247百万円、1口当たり分配金は8,686円と前期と同水準となった。期末の有利子負債比率は51.1％。第18期（平成27年2月期）は、レジデンス1棟、有料老人ホーム1棟を取得。これによる賃貸収入の増加を見込む一方、修繕費等の増加を見込み、前期比1.1％減益、内部留保より減価償却費の10％相当額を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は8,600円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成27年8月期）1口当たり分配金は8,650円となる見通し。
