大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人が第16期（平成26年2月期）決算を発表した。第16期は、投資口の追加発行、レジデンス6棟取得、商業施設1棟売却を行った。6棟取得に伴う賃貸収益が寄与し増収となる一方、フォレオタウン筒井の売却損計上により、前期比2.7%減益。物件売却損相当額と新分配方針に基づき減価償却費の10%相当を内部留保より取り崩し、分配金総額3,248百万円、1口当たり分配金は8,688円と前期を4.7%上回った。期末の有利子負債比率は51.1%。第17期（平成26年8月期）は、レジデンス1棟を取得。前期の物件売却損がなくなることから、前期比11%増益を見込む。内部留保より減価償却費の10%相当額165百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は8,470円となる見通し。続く第18期（平成27年2月期）1口当たり分配金は8,550円となる見通し。
