大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人(DHI)が奈良県大和郡山市の商業施設を売却する。DHIは平成23年9月に投資対象をレジデンスに特化する方針に変更し、保有する商業施設は売却していく意向を示した。今回の売却により、DHIのポートフォリオは全てレジデンス(高齢者住宅を含む)となる。売却額は990百万円。簿価との差額は-377百万円となり売却損が発生するが、内部留保を取り崩すことにより分配金に与える影響はない見込み。
