大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人が第14期（平成25年2月期）決算を発表した。第14期は、2棟取得及び2棟売却を行った。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、売却損192百万円計上により前期比3.4%減益。剰余金より売却損相当分191百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は16,947円と前期を4.2%上回った。第15期（平成25年8月期）は、期初に投資口追加発行を行い、レジデンス2棟を取得。これにより前期比7%増益を見込む。剰余金より214百万円を取り崩し分配金総額2,919百万円。第15期より投資口を2分割し、1口当たり分配金は8,300円（分割前16,600円）となる見通し。続く第16期（平成26年2月期）は剰余金より67百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は8,300円となる見通し。
