大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人（DHI）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は28,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,800口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は9.6%増の351,870口となる予定。調達資金は109億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金及び短期借入金の返済に充当する。取得する物件は大阪及び福岡のマンション。2棟の取得額は計57億円。これらに伴い、第15期（平成25年8月期）業績予想修正及び第16期（平成26年2月期）業績予想を発表した。第15期は、上記2棟取得により従来予想比1.7%増益。DHIは当面の目標分配金水準を8,300円に設定。投資口数が増加するため、剰余金より225百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は8,300円となる見通し。続く第16期は2棟の通期稼働により前期予想比5.4%増益を見込む。剰余金より81百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は8,300円となる見通し。
