大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人（DHI）が横浜の商業施設を売却する。DHIは2009年にスポンサーが大和ハウス工業1社となると同時に、投資方針をレジデンス特化型へ変更、これに伴い保有していた商業施設を適時売却していく方針であった。売却する物件は、相鉄線弥生台駅より徒歩5分にある平成6年竣工の商業施設。食品スーパーのいなげやが営業する。売却価格は853百万円。簿価との差額は-185百万円となり192百万円の売却損が発生するが、内部留保より取り崩し分配金への影響はなし。
