大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人が投資口を分割することを発表。投資単位を引き下げ、投資口の流動性を高める意向。平成25年2月末を基準日として第15期(平成25年8月期)より投資口1口を2口に分割する。これにより分割後の投資口数は従来の2倍の321,070口、第15期1口当たり分配金は従来の半分の8,250円となる見通し。
