大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人が保有物件を売却する。売却する物件は、港区西麻布にある平成15年竣工の賃貸マンション。売却価格と簿価の差額は-112百万となり、売却損106百万円が発生する見込み。但し、第13期（平成24年8月期）に減損損失として計上するため、売却する第14期（平成25年2月期）は売却損を計上しない予定。今回の売却に伴う業績予想への反映は10月11日に第13期決算短信にて公表する。
