大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人が第12期（平成24年2月期）決算を発表した。第12期は、投資口の追加発行を実施。レジデンス6棟取得する一方、2棟を売却した。物件売却損及び減損損失が発生するも、物件取得及び稼働率上昇による賃貸収入の増加が寄与し、前期比59%増益、投資口数が35%増加するも、内部留保より334百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額2,568百万円、1口当たり分配金は16,000円となった。第13期（平成24年8月期）は、2棟取得及び3棟売却を予定。賃貸収入の増加及び物件売却益が寄与し、前期比12%増益、内部留保より70百万円を取り崩し分配金総額2,584百万円、1口当たり分配金は16,100円となる見通し。続く第14期（平成25年2月期）は内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は16,100円となる見通し。なお、収益増加に伴い、当面の目標分配金水準を16,000円から16,100円に増額とする。
