大和ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人がレジデンス2棟取得及び2棟売却を発表した。取得する2棟の取得額は計40億円。一方売却する2棟の売却額は計11億円。簿価との差額は-98百万円となり、売却損104億円が発生する見込みだが、内部留保を活用することから分配金への影響は発生しない。今回の取得及び売却を反映した業績予想は4月に公表予定の第12期（平成24年2月期）決算短信にて併せて発表する予定。
