ビ・ライフ投資法人が第11期（平成23年8月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、3棟取得及び3棟売却を行った。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、売却損501百万円計上等により、前期比56.8%減益、物件売却損及び特別損失相当分535百万円を剰余金より取り崩し、分配金総額1,937百万円、1口当たり分配金は16,320円となった。第12期（平成24年2月期）は、期初に投資口追加発行及び4棟取得を発表。これによる賃貸収益増及び前期の物件売却損がなくなることから前期比61%増益、剰余金より310百万円を取り崩し分配金総額2,568百万円。投資口数が35%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は16,000円と前期と同水準となる見通し。続く第13期（平成24年8月期）は、前期予想比5.7%増益、剰余金より183百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額2,568百万円、1口当たり分配金は16,000円となる見通し。
