ビ・ライフ投資法人が、5日に発表した投資口追加発行を中止とした。取得予定の5棟のうち1棟に取得できない事由を発見し、これにより投資家の投資判断に影響を与えるとの理由から増資を中止とし、改めて日程を変更して再度増資を発表した。また増資の日程変更に伴い残り4棟のうち3棟の取得日も変更する。これらに伴い第12期（平成24年2月期）及び第13期（平成24年8月期）業績予想を修正。取得中止及び取得延期により第12期が従来予想比1.6%減益となるが、剰余金より333百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額は従来同様2,568百万円とし、1口当たり分配金は16,000円と変更なし。第14期は0.6%減益となるが、剰余金より173百万円を取り崩し分配金総額2,568百万円とし、1口当たり分配金は16,000円と変更なし。
