ビ・ライフ投資法人が第10期（平成23年2月期）決算を発表した。第10期は4棟取得及び10棟売却を行った。賃貸収入の増加及び物件売却益が寄与し、経常利益ベースで前期比49%増益、物件売却益及び再生債務の買入消却益計1,241百万円を内部留保するも、1口当たり分配金は16,880円と前期を10%上回った。併せて、保有物件の売却を発表。売却額と簿価の差額は-481百万円となり、売却損500万円が発生する見込み。第11期（平成23年8月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなること、売却に伴う賃貸収入の減少、物件売却損等により、前期比60%減益となるが、物件売却損及び震災に伴う修繕費計560百万円を内部留保より取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は15,500円となる見通し。
