ビ・ライフ投資法人が第10期(平成23年2月期)業績予想を修正した。前回業績予想を発表以降、1棟取得及び4棟売却を発表。これに伴い物件売却損135百万円が発生するも、投資法人債買入消却益474百万円計上等により、従来予想比14%増益を見込む。増益部分のうち物件売却益及び投資法人債買入消却益を内部留保とし、賃貸収益の増額分を分配することにより、1口当たり分配金は従来予想比3.4%増の15,000円となる見通し。
