ビ・ライフ投資法人（BLI）が名古屋のレジデンスを取得する。物件は、名古屋市中区にある平成18年竣工、総戸数123戸のレジデンス。6月にインヴィンシブル投資法人がビ・ライフ投資法人のスポンサーである大和ハウス工業に売却、スポンサーのウェアハウジング（一時保有）を活用しBLIが取得した。 また、保有物件の売却を発表。売却する物件は、群馬県前橋市にある平成4年竣工、ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人から承継したレジデンス。売却に伴い売却損22百万円が発生するが、既に発生している売却益と相殺することにより業績への影響を吸収する見込み。
