ビ・ライフ投資法人（BLI）が第8期（平成21年11月期）決算を発表した。第8期は物件の売買はなし。既存物件の稼働率の低下により前期比20%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,862円となった。第9期は、ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人（NCR）と4月1日に合併することにより、運用期間を平成21年12月～平成22年8月までの9ヶ月間とする予定。NCRの保有物件105棟を取得し、BLIのポートフォリオは129棟となる見込み。これにより第9期（平成22年8月期）は、前期比300%増益、1口当たり分配金は14,700円となる見通し。但し、合併時におけるNCRの保有物件の簿価が確定していないこと、物件売却や負ののれん益を見込んでいないことから、業績予想は変動する可能性がある。
