ビ・ライフ投資法人が第7期（平成21年5月期）決算を発表した。第7期は物件取得はなし。保有物件の稼働率低下に伴い前期比10%減益、1口当たり実績分配金は11,138円となった。第8期（平成21年11月期）は、さらに稼働率低下により17%減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,200円となる見通し。
