ビ・ライフ投資法人が第6期（平成20年11月期）決算を発表した。第6期は物件取得はなし。平成19年に取得した物件の固都税費用や支払利息の増加等により前期比6%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,434円となった。第7期（平成21年5月期）は、このまま推移すると11%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,000円となる見通し。昨年12月に主要スポンサーがモリモトから大和ハウスに交代しており、大和ハウスとのサポート契約を強化することを発表。情報提供及び優先交渉権を、これまでの商業施設に加えて住居も対象とする。
