ビ・ライフ投資法人の主要スポンサーが破綻

ビ・ライフ投資法人(BLI)の主要スポンサーであるモリモト(株)が、民事再生を申請した。モリモト(株)は、現在BLIの資産運用会社の株式50%を保有する筆頭株主。但し、BLIの主要スポンサーが大和ハウスに12月19日迄に交代すること、併せてモリモトが保有するBLIの保有投資口5,060口も大和ハウスに売却することが既に合意済みである。またスポンサーとREITの保有資産は、法令上分別保管されているため、BLIの存続性に問題はなく上場は維持される。BLIによれば、資産運用会社は今後大和ハウスとの連携をさらに強化していく構え。
