ビ・ライフ投資法人（BLI）の資産運用会社であるモリモト・アセットマネジメント（MAM）が、大和ハウスの子会社となることを発表。現在大和ハウスはMAMの株式10%を保有する。またBLIとは別に、大和ハウス単独で設立したREITを今年6月上場予定していたが、市況悪化に伴い上場を取り止めた。単独でREIT上場は出来なかったが、MAMの筆頭株主となることで、BLIの運用を行っていく。併せて社名も「大和ハウス・モリモト・アセットマネジメント」に」変更する。BLIと大和ハウスとのパイプラインサポート契約は、現行の商業施設に加え、レジデンスの情報も優先交渉権を付ける。またモリモトが保有するBLIの保有投資口5,060口（保有割合10.3%）も、大和ハウスに売却する。一方、モリモトはMAMの筆頭株主から外れるが、引き続き運用に関与していく。平成19年3月に参画したキャピタランドは株主から離脱するが、パイプラインサポート契約は維持し、海外不動産における情報提供支援を行っていく。
