ビ・ライフ投資法人が第5期（平成20年5月期）決算を発表した。第5期は新規物件取得はなかったものの既存物件の賃貸収益増により、前期比2.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,262円となった。第6期（平成20年11月期）はこのまま推移すれば1.2%増収となる一方、費用増により7.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,300円となる見通し。
